Why are they so bad at driving, in particular when merging with other traffic. The roads are f**king dangerous these days. Glad I got a few years under my belt before the roads got as busy as they are. | ||

It will have been, this phenomena is not limited to BMW cars though...actually what hacks me off, when you are about to enter, looking to your right traffic looks to be going ahead as not indicating right, then it comes right! Or they leave a roundabout indicating right when they should indicate left! Anyway you need a distraction from all of this like coming back for training with us at the Palace, when can you make it? | ||

Yeah driving is beginning to do my tits in on the roads. I'd love to come back but work is a heavy c**t. I've basically been given the gym in my building as in me alone. Problem is it's a sick man gym with machines everywhere. I'm on Backshift all this week but I'm gonna be in this Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday if I'm not away to the caravan by then  I miss training real bad. I'm looking around for a cheap oly bar and weights just now. I'm gonna build a squat rack and bench in my house for when I can't make it in due to work. I miss you fuggers  | ||

Another instructor (who isn't going to be working here much longer) said I looked to be struggling lifting the 25kg dumbells so the gauntlet was thrown and this happened. 25kg SEATED DUMBELL STRICT NEILL = 17 reps pb??? ERIC = 2 partials | ||

Blasted about the first 9 reps out before slowing down and the last few were rested balanced at lockout for a few seconds between presses. The arms were shaking like a leaf!! | ||

He ended up f**king off because he hadn't the knowledge to back up his wild claims and I did have the knowledge to tell him exactly why he's talking s**t and harassing my customers constantly. Member 899, 11332 posts SQ 180, BP 132.5, DL 190502.5 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | He gets in my way, he does my jobs, he locks my doors, he moves my food, he tries to tell me what to do (he ranks lower) he steals my megaphone, he follows me around, he doesn't shut up, he says he'll help me with a job then doesn't do his part and tries (unseccesfully) to blame it on me, he tries to get my keys off me, he gets in my way during paper work, he screws around with my freshly fixed machines, he brings in un-neede engineers for things I've already fixed and repaired, He breaks my PA system, he tries to break in to my studio, he tries to move my kids equipment and I catch him and ask what he's doing, he does the wrong setups constantly (they're not even for his classes...HE HAS NONE) He f**ks with my boilers and breaks them, He second guesses my perfect work throwing doubt into the equation then realizes I'm right, He's jealous of my pay grade, he does nothing to deserve my pay grade anyway, he bugs me in busy periods, he comes into areas of the building I've banned him from, he tries to tell my wrestlers that they shouldn't squat below parallell, he can't come up with a reason why they shouldn't he tries to tell my rugby players that they shouldn't do close grip bench, he doesn't know that close grip bench is an actual exercise!! he doesn't know what a pushpress is and harasses my basketball players when they're doing it. He bugs my coaches, he asks out my clients and I have to chat with them over the phone for 20 minutes to stop them leaving because they feel uncomfortable with him in the building and want to train with me outside work instead. he buts in my class and tells my clients not to drink water whilst exercising (I had a big barmy about that one!) He f**ks up the gymnastics setups by butting in and then putting all the s**t in the wrong place dispite me telling him to f**k off. he switches my oven off when I'm cooking dinner, He tries to boss my special needs assistant around and I have to tell him that he doesn't have an assistant and that MY assistant does not answer to him. he's 38 years old and constantly talks about how he shouldn't be treated like a wean by our managers when all he ever does is act like a spoilt wean. the list goes on!
