On the other hand, what it lacks in nutrition it makes up for in enjoyability | ||

Squat Warmed up to 200kg in just sleeves and belt, it felt hard lol Lift 1 - 220kg. Good lift, flew up Lift 2 - 227.5kg good lift, just as easy (comp pb) Lift 3 - 235kg good lift, gutted couldn't go heavier (comp pb) Bench Press Warmed up to 140kg touch and go easy Lift 1 - 145kg good lift (comp pb) (British record) Lift 2 - 150kg good lift (comp pb) (British record) Lift 3 - 155kg good lift (comp pb) (British record) Deadlift Warmed up to 200kg, took my foot off the gas as I only came for the bench record to be honest Lift 1 - 210kg good lift, happy with this as it took me to 600kg totall Lift 2 - 220kg good lift, (comp pb) Lift 3 - 230kg good lift, (comp pb) As I said today was all about the bench record for me so to get comp pbs and get 9 out of 9 lifts made it a fantastic day Squat - 235kg Bench - 155kg Dead - 230kg Total - 620kg in 90kg teens | ||
