Didn't feel right on the way down so I left it. Also lost my motivation after this , had a small break and then carried on. 110 x 1 115 x 1 (much harder) 110 x 2 110 x 3 pb 105 x 4 (4th rep spotted) 105 x 3 100 x 5 (5th rep spotted) Wasn't happy with the session at the time but I suppose it wasn't too bad . I can defitnately feel a pb coming soon | ||

Lifted it to my knees but couldnt lock out deadlift is seeing improvement all the time aiming for 160 by the end of the year | ||

Without a warm up, stretching etc. lifted 155kg - PB lol Bench felt weak and tired going into this session 20 x a 15 60 x 5 100 x 3 (felt very hard :S. technique must have been bad) 110 x 2 120 x 1 125 x1 PB slingshot on 130 x 1 (easy) 135 Fail | ||

Lack of sleep, lack of food, lack of motivation = 20 x a few 80 x 1 110 x 1 127.5 Fail - worst attempt by far 120 x 1 (Reasonable but wasn't pressed as easy as previous weeks) 122.5 BIG FAIL 115 x 1 (initially was aiming for 3 but the first rep proved too much) 100 x 5 Finished off with half an hour of triceps on the cables. A demotivating session with not much to take away from it, but I guess we all have those now and again ey?! | ||
