Cheers buddy, I'm gonna build up my reps before I go for a new pb. Work on reps on a high percentage will benefit me more than 1 repping anyway..

Well I went up to 84 but I've cut back down to 80 now (morning that is). But I feel stronger for it in all 3 lifts

I've never been worried about making weight though because I can cut really easily
