Went into the gym today having been working nights this week so I was very tired and lethargic

failed 185 at the knees

had no motivation so went home to sulk lol

i am begining to dislike bench out of the three, its bas***d hard to get it higher! although it is more of an achievement getting a new 1 rep pb on bench i think.

You will definatly have that 90kg on log soon anyway, you are a tricep-workout away from getting it haha

Not too arsed about log, just a bit of fun. 90 will go soon though

Short term main goal is 140 bench. It will go within 2-3 weeks if I train smart and stick to the f**king plan Happy
