Happy with tonights wrk...not deadlifted heavy for weeks,first set on 200 felt comfortable,fast,no shoulder pain! 2nd set,was slower.makin steady progress.

Thanks dude,its what iv bin doing last 4weeks,squats and legs twice a week,concentrating on conditioning...start going heavier jan.still keeping upper body light...
Welsh u90 in april,win that! Get to euros u90 and brits...lil ambitious lol...I wana do bulldogs again,brill lil comp that was...if I don't get to go go euros,olymic dragons is run around same time,so I'll go for that,top comp run by mark clegg.

I'm tempted to stick to PL-ing for a while mate. Strongman wise the Welsh open comps are prob gonna be a bit too much for me (440 yoke, max DL starting @ 300 Eek ) May have a pop at the southern qualifier for the naturals next year tho, I do fancy that one.

Just go 4 it hyw, I doubt I'll b able 2 so it all but f**k it, I'll hav a bash! I once critisiesed ppl 4 goin 4 comps that were 2 heavy, but I guess iys the only way ur gona progress!!! I'm s**tting myself tho!!!

Ty, when r u starting events dwn ross stones place, we'v got similar events to train 4 so just wondering do u want a training partner???

Hywel-stick with ur goals,and if you don't do welsh,there are other comps to go for...u have come on nicly since we started playin with '80kg logs' lol...natty quals maybe a good path for you to follow ;-)

Nath-i may go for a play sunday.but plan is to start full prep 2nd weekend of jan....wen training down there,every one trains together,if that make sense...u should come down...ross got loads of kik

Thanks dude.grip is defo improving,steadily...240 was max tho,grip went 1st,didn't use belt until last set on 260..surprising how much a belt helps..
