Ben nailed the bonus event the hardcore gym dumbell, he got a 105kg monster dumbell and won £100 many entered but Ben event beat the crowd and loaders ! | ||

The events were brilliant, with some lesser seen events like power stairs and rising weight frame deadlift. The weight choices were spot on for every event. Also he's got sponsorship levels higher than ever and the prizes today were amazing. I believe Ben won £250 for his first place, plus supps and a HOLIDAY. Plus another £100 for winning the max monster dumbell event. Sanderson scoring and filming make this comp so professional it should be on TV! It also ran as smooth as silk thanks to all the loaders refs etc! | ||
