Log Lift Medley: 110kg/120kg/130kg/140kg/150kg 2. VikingR Power Stairs: 185/195/202.5kg x 5 12" steps each 3. Carry & Drag: JT Farmers 130kg x 20m, Sled Drag 230kg (2 X 108kg sandbags + sled weight) x 20m (head to head) Interval 4. Axle Squat: 240kg x reps (suits & wraps allowed) 5. Frame Deadlift: front bar aaprox 14", 25kg weight added after each rep until failure or 75 secs time limit expires 6. SSM u105 is in a month, I have 20kgs to lose.......  Like Robbo said on another thread, these events test everything that a strongman should be, whereas your typical open comp is just heavy heavy heavy | ||
