Nice stuff pal! Your starting to get goin with the gear.

My bench shirt is a 40 Fury (or possibly a 42)and my chest is about 42". I can get in it without dramatics now.

nice...maybe 190 by the AE?????

been using the old ass centurion that i've had for ages, i'd love to get into that TRX but i just can't get it past my thighs and ass, i feel if i got that on, i'd be away, and that 250 would fall easy....

the knee wraps are doing okay, i am getting used to having them tightly wrapped, but they are prolly no where near the tightness they should be, but it's a progressive process.

Let me know wjat you want to do nxt weekend. Do you fancy a night out after the comp or are you gona head back home? If the former do you fancy a night in southampton or Chichester, bearing in mind Chie is wank LOL! I may be pretty low on funds myself then so we'll see nxt week

Can't even get that on with me helping... perhaps a dozen of us and some serious elbow grease. Wasn't it 2" smaller than you thought though?

i think you might be right Mouser....the suit should fit, as i followed the inzer sizing chart....but who knows...when i go to train with John P and Iain, i'll get the lowdown

the wraps, you are right, just ignore itGrin

did the following today:

PC
3w/ 60kg
1w/ 70kg
1w/ 80kg
1w/ 90kg
1w/ 100kg
1w/ 110kg
1, m, 1w/ 117.5kg..supposed to be a double, but there you go...most singels i've done with this weight in a single session
2w/ 112.5kg
3w/ 107.5kg

DL 1w/ 140, 160, 180, 200kg
supposed to do a triple with 225kg, but i just couldn't move it...maybe a mental thing...anyway i got REALLY f**kING PISSED and did the following:

5w/ 215kg....a 5 kg PR for this rep range.

cable abs 3x15

good session considering the weekend of immense class A consumption related to general issues concerning women.

hey,

did the following today, training with Mouser:

bench
3w/ 60, 80, 100kg
1w/ 110kg, paused
1w/ 120kg, paused...defo an opener in a raw meet, prolly a bit more still
2w/ 125kg....touch and go, but easy
1w/ 130kg...was thinking about doing double, but the first was lowered a little high on the chest and my arch went to s**t as i was aiming for a double, oh well

pause bench

5, 2x3w/ 112.5kg...the first set was a 5 rep PR...f**king hard set it was too.

CSR
like 8 sets for 3-8 reps per set

curls
4x8, cause Mouser and i were taking the piss out of the t**tty BB'ers

will do some EQ squat on Thursday...good session, post workout kebab and beerGrin

did a session yesterday:

sq

3w/ 60
1/ 100
1w/ 120
1w/ 140, suit on
1w/ 160, wraps on
2x1w/ 180, full gear.....very easy today
2x1w/ 190kg, as above
1w/ 200
1w/ 210, better than last week
2 misses at 215....WTF,based on how easy the 210 was, i expected a damn site more today...but it wasn't to be.....will get more weight the next session for sure....as long as it come together for the AE, then it doesn't really matter

tried and failed today :-(

felt fairly flat today...maybe lack of food was to blame, maybe it was other issues outside of the gym...who knows..but i'll get over it and come back bigger and better for sure!

I will be down Cheertas on wed 27th bout 11am, training with a good mate from Eastbourne, if you can make it cool. We will be deadlifting.

did a fairly 'easy' session today:

PC

60x3
70x1
80x1
90x1
100x1
110x1
120x1
120x1, this may've been a slight SQ clean, but it would've just been past the line
3w/ 110, the first and third reps were powered and the second wasn't

DL
up tp 5x1w/ 180...easy, as it should beGrin

bit of grip work

will bench on Wednesday and then rest up for the KC on Saturday!!
