Getting fat is just as dumb as using PED's Member 3387, 2532 posts SQ 275, BP 200, DL 290765.0 kgs @ 114kgs UnEq | Doing Yorkshires strongest novice on Sunday and im bricking it, it isnt helped by the fact that for the first time ever i failed the 100kg axle!!! i had only eaten a sarni all day and trained at 7.30 at night so im hoping thats the reason.# Is this normal? Any hints or tips? | ||

Take an easy week beforehand, get plenty of good food inside you then go out and enjoy yourself, because thats what it is all about when all is said and done. | ||
