I will check when ESMu90s is on a RSVP.

I actually meant cheer him on in training, while we do practically nothing, talk in American and giggle lots. We should go to ESM again though. It was a most splendid day and amusing night leading to day last year.

I like my list too thanks Mr Chaos, although I doubt I'll act on any of it.
The rib removal thing is an urban myth. The same was said about Prince. There was another one about lots of different pop stars of dubious sexuality drinking pints of spunk on stage and having their stomachs pumped. Snopes.com provides all the answers.

Really? I must check out this oracle of truth! I am right about ron jeremy though, saw it in a documentary about him!

You played at that Hawaiian Tropic place on 49th? Cool I used to ride by every day coming home from work. Curtains and tinted windows, boo.

It's my first port of call for checking things that sound a bit suspect, especialy forwarded emails.

That must have been a perilous bike journey! It was a lovely place to play. They really looked after us and apologised profusely for not being able to provide us with a particular soft drink. A lady in a bikini was assigned to look after us all night. These days I just get asked to play at Cat s**t Dave's brother in law's wedding. Unhappy
I take you don't live there any more then?

You must have plenty of stories to tell. We must swap notes on go-go dancers some time...

Hehe! Never quite made it to Z list status, but I'm glad I've seen, done and even remembered some vaguely interesting things. Go-go dancers were just off putting for me while I was playing. All I wanted to do was stare at their arses, but then I'd have had an audience of people looking at me staring at a go-go dancer's arse. It was all a bit weird.
I didn't even know that Linda Go-go woman was going to get up and dance when she did that, I just thought she was a scantily clad lunatic for a short while.

Tonight's training won't be in detail because it wasn't very interesting and I'm on my phone.

Prehab, rehab, hab, posthab with some squats in the middle. They weren't too bad, but deadlifting 60kg hurt like f**k, so I stopped doing that and stretched lots.

Off to the Owl's tomorrow. I'll be there over a week and will hopefully do more hab things and maybe lift a log and perhaps a sandbag.

I'd recommend emptying the sand out of the back before you lift it - the pain will be much less!!!!

Haven't been arsed attempting it yet.

Been either sitting or lying down for 3 days.
Today.
20 mins foam rolling / mobility.
Wooden 55kg log
Strict press, 1 clean per set.
6 sets of 5 repetitions.
Some gay plastic dumbbell side raises and front raises.

[Crapaholy you have to dig deep to find a journal sometimes. Roll-Eyes ]

Yeah, I live in sleepy Geneva now. Home of bankers, watchmakers and sweet f**k all in terms of good gyms, except for a CF box downtown that is starting to work up a good head of steam, and another one further out by the lake that has a couple tires and sleds.

Same question here, how's it looking for your back?

Thanks for the interest in my poorly little back, you pair of international jet-setters!
I thought it was getting better, but I've woken up feeling a little stiff every morning since I've been at the Owl's. Back and hip still feel unwell, but they'll get better. Time is the greatest healer, it could be worse, there're children starving in Africa etc etc.
By the way... Geneva! Blimey. What do you do for a living Mr macroth?

Anyway... Today I did a bit of powerclean / strict press, powerclean / push press with the Owl's gay bedside barbell set and some homoerotic dumbbell gayness.
Back to it next week when I get home.

Ooh!! I booked an appointment for my new tattoo yesterday. May 16th and I'm jolly terribly f**king excited about it!!
