I just did some foam rolling, stretching, a few push-ups and 2 attempts at a hand stand, both of which resulted in my landing on my head. It's mildly bleeding in 2 different places. Cool! Edit: And then I went for a half hour cycle ride! Edit 2: I also cycled to work today as I do every day. Just thought I'd throw that in there as 3 mile walks seem to be all the rage in some journals these days. | ||

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22043 posts | I haven't been on my bike for several weeks now, partly due to lack of time, partly due to the weather and partly due to needing to have front squatter's legs rather than cyclist's legs at the moment. I will again become a cyclist with a strong upper body after my comp. p.s. Does purple text ruin Sugden? | ||

They hurt. I am yet to find the right sleeves for me. 60kg x1 80kg x1 100kg xf 100kg xf 82.5kg x3 with loose neoprene sleeves. Need some single ply sleeves maybe? Dunno. Incidentally, I cycled home via a highways barrier gate to pick up a heavy duty chain & FB14 lock and wore it home round my next like what Mr T would look like if he was a chubby middle aged, homeless looking white man on a bicycle | ||
