Member 3330, 111 posts SQ 140, BP 110, DL 185435.0 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | Hi guys, As you all know, I'm new to all this so I apologise in advance if this question is a reguler newbie mistake. As my strength gets better I'm assuming I will bulk up my overall muscle mass which is very welcomed in what I'm trying to achieve. Would I be right in suggesting that keeping cardio low (15 mins every other day to warm up before workout) is good idea so as not to burn up valuable resources needed to put on muscle mass (protein,carbs,etc)? No.....warm up with what ever your working on. Sports an extremely muscular arse. Member 38, 6253 posts | I think if you haven't got time/facilities to train a lot, then cardio is a very efficient way to keep the ticker in shape. If you're training loads anyway, then the need is debatable in my opinion. | ||
