Member 3344, 39 posts | 25/01/2012 underhand warmup on cable 20x12 40x10 60x8 80x3 underhand chinup mex7 same reps as my overhand but these reps r better. hammer pulldown 60x10 100x10 140x13 +5kg lost 2 reps, probably cos of underhand chins n this uses a lot of bicep. hammer row 80x10 140x20 2 arm dumbbell row lying on 3rd peg incline 15s x10 25s x16.. this is pretty hard seated dumbbell curl 7.5s x6 12.5s x6 17.5s x15 ea arm pr e-z bar curl 25x8 35x12 | ||
