Starting a Frankie NY programme today. Deadlifts 120kgs (5x3) Barbell rows 75kgs (5x3) Barbell curls 40kgs (5x5) Hammer curls 22.8kgs each dumbell (5x5). | ||

I'm just gonna do full body workouts and on each day do deads on mondays, squats on Wednesdays and bench on fridays for a month to 6 weeks just to get my body used to weight lifting. Then strongman training whenever I get chance. | ||
