Wiegieboard said:I'm enjoying it Jack it's a nice change to get back to fitness training for a wee while Happy I reckon my core will start to shake, so if any of you chicks are looking for a good alternative to sex but cant quite afford a Sybian throw me a line. Sitting on my back will be just as good as the real thing but probably a little softer to straddle. I charge a bottle of guinness per set.

Genuine LOL at this!

Good luck with the direction brother!

Thanks guys I'm trying hard with my regularity in training now.

FOUR SECOND PUSHUPS (heavy day)
26 reps

CONCLUSION
104 seconds of grief. I was in a pissed off mood and still am. I've been doing paperwork that I don't understand for days and it never ends. If I worked full time I'd be f**ked. When I work full time I wont have enough time in the day to do this s**t.
I ate a roll with sausages and eggs in it, theman food.n I had a full cake and a large mug of coffee. After that I started the pushups. My last rep was the last I could do. Gonna have to back off for a few days maybe? Hit back in at 23 reps then try for 28 maybe? I want 30 of these. It's my next goal.
AvatarWiegieboard
Cardio
3 miler

CONCLUSION.
Started off very difficult because of the air temperature and incredible humidity but I finished feeling incredible. I Psyched myself up before the run by eating a box of double chocolate chip cookies, drinking a pint of milk and watching the Doom movie with the rock.
Dinner time now. Boiling beef stir fry with mixed british veg. Yum yum c**ty bum!
AvatarWiegieboard
I found out that I have been far too strict with my pushups. My timing has altered to 1second down, one second up.

PUSHUPS (with bars)
37 PUSHUPS.
Next sessions goal is 40

CARDIO
4 miler in the snow and ice.

CONCLUSION
best feeling run since I started. I've always had this love of the snow and I can only perform well in it I think. My running partner pussied out because of the conditions so it was just me soldiering through in the big bad scary darkness, foxes squealing and geese "ch-ch-ch-ch" ing. My horrible smelly town with its subhuman category of populace almost looked beautiful with the ligght coming off the snow.
A lot of people use the park. Not the thugs and savages I'd imagine to use it at this time of night, maybebecause the park is on a little hill and the scum of the world are too lazy to put the effort into trudging up one. Instead the park is enjoyed by normal folk out walking the dog or having a run. It's quite nice.

Went into Scotstoun.

SQUATS
2 sets of 4 reps with 120kg

Still trying to get form down. Can't lean back any farther without tipping but still feel quite leanie on the way up. I can only try to minimise the issue. It just seems to be my balance point.

FRONT SQUATS
1 set of 5 reps with 80kg

BENCHPRESS (ALMOST CLOSE GRIP TO REPLICATE PUSHUPS)
1 set of 4 reps with 80kg
1 set of 6 reps with 80kg
AvatarWiegieboard
Hamstrings felt tight at squatting last night. I really felt in on the tendon inserting into the outside of the knee. A really tight feeling.
I was still feeling it a little tight going out for my run, so was careful and took the pace down a beat.

BACKOFF RUN
2.5 miler

After the first mile I felt amazing, for the last half mile I was beginning to feel tired.
Odd but nice run. Now I'm away back to poke my girlfriend in the side with my really cold willie. My willy is really really cold!
AvatarLeggiez
Aha so the new regime does still include some lifting Happy I thought you had became a total cardioaholic !! Good stuff mr Wyllie.
AvatarWiegieboard
Oh yeah I can't be going without my lifting. Strength is an important part of being a complete athlete afterall! If my body is able to cope with all this stuff I'll maybe add in a second days lifting, bringing in deads and overhead.
AvatarTerminator
Lots of hard work here Happy
Avatarvausie
good work weigi man
AvatarBoar
After seeing photos of your girlfriend on Facebook I can conclude : a bonnie wee lassie !

Lots of good stuff goin on , but no rowing?

More rowing.
YoungBuck
ive allways wanted to tell you how much you remind me of this guy, and now i can.

AvatarWiegieboard
Thanks gents much appreciated. I'm trying hard and living as sensibly as I can to help with the recovery.

Mr. Boar.
My wee lady would go scarlet if she heard such complementary comments from such a stud! Thank you Grin

Youngbuck. Yeah man a few people have said I'm similar to Limmy in a few ways I guess most of all in my videos. I've met the chap on a few occasions. Seems like a sound guy!
AvatarWiegieboard
SANDBAG ANAEROBICS
25kg sandbag
Strict 2 minute rounds
Strict 1 minute rests

4 SETS OF
10 squats
10 bent over rows
10 sandbag side to sides
10 lunges
10 Deep handle pushups
10 Sitting shoulderpress (f**king horrible on last set)

TOTAL REPS = 240

CONCLUSION
Felt better than last week. The rounds were strict and I always finished bang on the money. Shoulderpress sat on the ground at the end of the workout was gruesome. I just wanted to stop but f**k stopping! Stopping's for lazy people! I've been looking hard for fulltime work, training as hard as I can without getting injured and I've been trying hard to do s**t right. I'm not a lazy person!
