STRICT PRESS.

50kg x 15
60kg x 10 x 3.

SHOULDER PRESS MACHINE.

25 kg aside x 10
35kg aside x 10
45kg aside x 10
55kg aside x 10.

Alternated 25kg disc front raises with 12kg d.b side raises x 10 x 3 each.
Biceps, curls 18kg, hammers 12kg and oly bar 40kg x 10 x 3.


SATURDAY 14TH JANUARY.

BENCH.

60kg x 10 x 2
100kg x 5
140kg x 2 x 3
100kg x 10 x 2.

FLAT D.BELL PRESS.

28kg x 10
34kg x 8 x 3.

Chest flyes 3 sets, tricep pulldowns n rope pulls 3 sets then sauna.

Few quick n light but nice reppy type sessions. Deads for sunday.

First heavier sesh of the year and it felt it. Enjoyed it and maca had a few smooth pulls and looking on the way back.

Triceps were sore from yesterday, felt it when trying to press anything.

Cheers mate. Got marc back now so hope to make some gains.
Comp wise, will do some p.l, maybe districts in march as its the first and Im always threatening to give the under 90's a bash and marc fancies the 105's so just see wot happens.

How bout you? Opens or 105's? Any p.l?

Good stuff, hopefully Marc doesn't go awol on you again and the two of you can push each other on.
You should defo give the u90's ago, I'm sure you'd do well. Would be good to see Marc in the u105's, this year is going to be epic again!
I'll do opens & u105's and hopefully manage a powerlifting comp too.

Good stuff stephen, hope to see you around then and hope your injuries heal up. The cissus is good stuff tho, good to get summit that actually seems to help.

100kg x f,f from the rack, couldnt lock out Angry be ok fresh though.

We are gonna try and hit these weekly, cleans are summit (else) i need help with and to work on!
