Dont know how much it phyiscally helped the lift but it made pull from the floor right away and not think about cos i usually take too long messing about before a max attempt.... DEADLIFTS. 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 140kg x 2 180kg x 2 210kg x 1 227.5kg x 1 (pb) 235kg x 1 (pb) Pleased with that. Gonna hammer some deficits to try help my raw speed of the floor, thats where i struggle most. | ||

Straps up felt like I was falling 4ward at the bottom and wasnt even hitting depth. Straps down felt fine. Then done light but fast as poss singles and this is how I must attack every deadlift because im so slow from the floor, my warm ups never feel like that and I think they should.... | ||
