nice one on the 150 mate! Macca back then? are you both planning onn doing unequipped end July, I'm still tentative as not sure if I will peak by then, judst have to wait and see nearer the time, get him posting again too!

Bench maybe on the up but when it starts to overtake your squat you start to worry but cheers anyway supersteel!!
