LEGS. calf machine. stack x 30 x 3 leg curl mach. 45kg x 30 x 3. ARMS. curls n hammers 3sets x 10 pushdowns n ropepulls 3sets x 10. Ended up a bit of everything and a lot of nothing! | ||
