dunno mate, we just put one on to woteva was there, maybe made it 10 or 11?

Yes mate, Maca going to have to get his finger out events wise with time counting down to his comp so we will need to take a trip....

its normally just 7 ot so, 11 is like 6'6" or something crazy

the way i always look at it is the issue i will always have been short is getting things high enough. so no real advantage for goign super heavy to lower platforms. as a rule then i always lifted to 52" in (approx minium comp hieght) which is shoulderish hieght on me. this was 7 pallets. i think. then will lighter stones/kegs trained em generating force up too forhead hieght. this was without shouldering them, just getting the hip drive to throw them up.

if that makes sense

yeah makes sense mate. Buzz would know how many pallets would be there, he done stones yesterday. Marc is gonna stick vids up in a bit, he reckons 9 then + one at the end which had to be shouldered.
52" is only 4 foot four inch tho Drew but height not an issue for me just now, i was happy to get a couple off the ground!Tongue

Not been on for a couple of weeks, working down south mon-fri. Managed to do a bit over this weekend tho so quick update...

FRIDAY.

Bench, worked up to 140kg for a three singles, couple of negatives at 170 after.

SATURDAY.

Shoulders, push press few sets then various dumbell stuff.

SUNDAY.

Squat, worked up to a very shaky 220kg, wraps. Most ive had on my back and that low down.
Deadlift, doubles up to 200, felt awful tho.
Benchpress, worked up to 140 again but struggled on one single so left it at that.


Glad to at least have done a bit, cant wait to get back to some sort of routine.

Time to start updating again, should be able to get a good run of training in now working away seems to have calmed down a bit....

SATURDAY 2nd APRIL.

SQUAT.

60kg x 5.
90kg x 2.
120kg x 2.
130kg x 2.
140kg x 2.
150kg x 2.
125kg x 5 x 3.

SLDL. d.o.h

100kg x 2.
140kg x 2.
160kg x 2.
170kg x 2.
130kg x 5 x 3.

Leg press, leg ext, leg curl mach x a few
Gunz x lots.

SUNDAY 3rd APRIL.

BENCH PRESS.

60kg x 5 x 2.
100kg x 2.
120kg x 2.
130kg x 2.
140kg x 2.
some negative reps @ 180, take down only.
90kg x 10.
90kg x 5.

Some dbell chest assistance and tricep work.

TUESDAY 5th APRIL.

BENCHPRESS. widegrip.

90kg x 6 x 6.

BW CHINS widegrip 5 x 5.

BENT OVER B.BELL ROWS.

100kg 5 x 5.

BW CHINS closegrip. 10 x 3.

Lat rows and pulldowns x lots.


Good to be back at it, 3 nice sesh to break me back in, hope to get a run at it and get those numbers up.
