Good to see some training again. Hadnt seen your last couple of posts until now aswell. 140kgs x 2 must mean your getting close to 150kgs now.

Good to hear! Things have been going pretty well. Ive been doing a fair bit of volume lately on bench and just carrying on with deficit deadlifts again. Squats havent been very consistently trained but still seem to be coming along nicely.

man those deficit deads have worked wonders for you mate, your comp p.b looked as fast as a warm up!
My bench ticking along, starting again on the other two lifts, again!

Only entered thru the week, wasnt sure how it would go.

Warm up.

Opener. 135kg. Pass
2nd lift. 142.5kg. Pass.
3rd lift. 147.5kg. Pass. +2.5kg P.B.

Pleased with p.b. 150kg will have to wait till next time. I never realised that the scottish u105's strongman was today as well. That maybe affected the numbers a bit too, i'd have liked to saw how that went.
