Ive been doing a fair bit of volume lately on bench and just carrying on with deficit deadlifts again. Squats havent been very consistently trained but still seem to be coming along nicely. | ||

SQUATS. 60kg x 20 x 5 S.L.D.L.on 2 discs. 60kg x 20 x 5. Some v.lite tri's n shuds, more a stretch than out else. SUNDAY 8th MAY. SCOTTISH BENCHPRESS COMP. Only entered thru the week, wasnt sure how it would go. Warm up. 60kg x 5 100kg x 3 120kg x 2 130kg x 1 Opener. 135kg. Pass 2nd lift. 142.5kg. Pass. 3rd lift. 147.5kg. Pass. +2.5kg P.B. Pleased with p.b. 150kg will have to wait till next time. I never realised that the scottish u105's strongman was today as well. That maybe affected the numbers a bit too, i'd have liked to saw how that went. | ||
