Been down south working all week, just back and only time for a quick pressing sesh with Marc, 45 in n out!

You enjoying the routine?

Reading it makes me fancy doing it again.

I used to net ba eble to deadlift for s**t in the morning, but forced myself to so morning training over the festive and grew to enjoy it, even hit some PBs. I always thought I couldn't do it becasue I hadne't eaten enough, but once again it was all in my head

yeah im enjoying it davy, its tougher than you think it will be as it doesnt look like much written down when you first see it as you know, but the assistance side is hard work with the short rests.
Definately dont feel up for it first thing in the morn but need to take a sesh when i can get these days!

Know that feeling mate. I have come to think that it is good to adjust training times etc as comps are not always on at times you normally train

Yeah you probably right Davy. Im going to be working away down south for next few months, home most weekends but a lot of travellin so will just have to fit it all in over the weekend, not ideal tho....

Tried my back squats all low bar tonight, felt bit strange but also ok.

Couple of good sessions there Robert!

Perceiver with the low bar mate, the best thing I ever did for my squat was learn to do it properly. It feels very strange and not as strong at first but after some practice the superior leverages it affords you show through big time.

Cheers lads i will do. Marc tried it last week and had some good sets of 5 with so thought id try, sure i have before but felt strange and never stuck with it, but felt ok, more controlled?

Not my usual drop like a stone efforts anyway!
