Tried some wide grip chins but bicep felt v.sore, so finished with 4 sets each on leg curl + ext machs. On plus side 210 must be a beltless p.b, faced away from mirror, dipped down further and narrower grip and seemed quite easy, too scared to do any more incase it a fluke!Tongue

Ok not posted for few weeks due to working down south. Hope thats my working away done for a bit and can get some solid training in up the road. Good start tonight with Maca...

More in the press, cleans right on the limit but getting better. Im still cleaning up to my nose then pressing tho.

Leg curl and leg ext mach.

4sets each, 20rep x light weight.

Horrible night, drained, back twinging. Ment to do a top set with wraps on too but swerved it and left it at that.

Nah man, decent deadlifting and sweet squatting going on, also 100kg clean and press is tastie...all that and your awesome benching adds upto ALLROUND STRONG!

Ha ha cheers man! Enjoy top half training, bench going up slow but steady past year, clean n press fairly new to me so seem to able to be improved but bottom half?? My sq and d.l havent moved in about 2yrs, hate em lol!
Nah i keep plugging away and stop doing the easy option of what i enjoy and try do more of what i need to be doing!

It's all maca's fault! Grin If things aren't working then maybe it's time to change it up?

Yes mate, time for change indeed. Got a squat template from Davy Cummings, started tonight. Might be too hardcore for me, they breed 'em tough up in them Northern Isles, but i give it a bash!!

Tried the 1000kg f.t.o.h challenge for a laugh with maca, burnt out after ten rep twice, will try again when fresher!
