Not my best idea, as all my energy was used up on the squat and left me with nothing for the deadlift. | ||

I train to a maximum weight for 6, so I don't overdo the reps or put unnecessary stress on myself with too few reps. Warm-ups are done just enough to set myself up for my final set. | ||
