Due to having to work late, I had to train at half 9 in the morning. Not my best idea, as all my energy was used up on the squat and left me with nothing for the deadlift.

Thanks, and yes, this is every set I do when I train. I train to a maximum weight for 6, so I don't overdo the reps or put unnecessary stress on myself with too few reps. Warm-ups are done just enough to set myself up for my final set.
