The gym was full of bicep boys today. Chest supported row machine 2 sets of 5 Neutral grip chins Speed chins  BW x 2 +2.5 x 2 +2.5 x 2 +2.5 x 2 Negatives with a hold in the middle +45 x 1 - too light for this purpose +55 x 1 A group of bicep boys were impressed with this. "That'll really bring your lats out." Zercher squats 60 x 3 100 x 3 140 x 3 170 x 3 Easy. Tyre flip Depending where the tyre lands it's not always possible to get your fingers under. 4 singles, trying to get it into a decent place so I could do a decent set. 3 reps - could just about get my fingertips under it on the 3rd one. I videoed the 3 rep set. I'll upload this interesting video tomorrow when I've got more time. | ||
