Tidy work again Martin,

One question though, why the bottom position squats?

I'm not sure what they would give you to be honest, however I've only tried them a couple of times and I really didn't like them.

I've had really good carry over to regular squats in the past thanks to them as they give you a lot of power out of the hole. I tend to get bad tendinitous pain in my biceps with regular heavy sqauting and i can get better results using a lighter weight with bottom squats than regular. Also, lifting from a dead stop seems to give me more power off the floor when deadlifting which is where I'm weakest at. In my experience, bottom position squats are more productive than regular squats.
