All sets felt heavy. Absolute s**te. Not to pissed off though as over the past 4 days i've hardly eaten and due to being ill have lost 2.5kgs in weight.

Incline dumbbell press
20kg x 8
42.5kg x 7
42.5kg x 6
quiting whilst i'm behind.

Lat flyes
5kg x 16x 3 sets

EZ bar skull krushers
15kg x 10
30kg x 10x3 sets

leg raises
2 sets of 10 reps
nice and easy.

Disapointed with today but felt well, with no aches or pains....hopefully with some good food over the next couple of days my strength should come back for fridays deadlifting.

Getting some good speed of the floor now. Last set/rep was pretty tough though, bit of a grinder. Should be good up to 215 maybye.

Back squats
Bar x 10

First set was easy(ish) second set was solid. Still suck at squating, infact my bottom position squat is alomost as strong as my regular squat! But i'm sure the deadlifts prior to these comprimised the weight slightly.

Form was all over the place in the first set. Didn't use enough leg drive. Second set was better, and the third set was perfect. Did an extra rep to make up for the first set (was going for 3x3). Just need to make sure i explode with my legs and lock them out sharply.

Sandbag strict press
20kg x 8
55kg x 8x3 sets
Used a army duffle bag instaed of my ironmind bag today, seemed to work better as it's a better shape and i can get a better rom with it.

Keg clean and press
70kg x 3 cleans and 2 press's
Need to work on this. My cleaning abilty is absolute s**t. May make a lighter keg and practice cleaning it with both hands on top instead of 1 hand being on top and the other on the bottom.

Side raises
16kg x12 x 3 sets

Band push downs
3 sets of 23 reps

Finished with some abb and neck work. Not a bad ses today, managed to turn it around from a s**t start and get some p.b's in the push press.

Picked up my new 115kg atlas stone on saturday. Love it!! Feels much heavier than i thought it would. Had a good play around with it the weekend and did my left bicep in a bit! Had to take some ibuprofen sat night because the pain was so bad i couldn't sleep!! Woke up the next day feeling fine though....strange. Can't load it to a decent height yet so i'll be working hard with this when i can fit it into my regular sesions. My goal is to be able to load a 140kg stone to 5foot by the end of summer.

Pretty hard, form was a bit ropey in the second set as i kept hitting the stops i've put on the spotter bars. Should be good for 160kg for 2 sets of 5 next week.
