Managed 1:30 in the cold shower this morning.
Don't know weather I'm imagining but I swear after the first minute of pure pain, it all of a sudden becomes easier and I felt like I could just keep going.....I didn't though.

yep thats pretty much how it works the first bit is the worst and then it gets easier

IT might of been..... have a look at ERGESTEINS monster's log 13 years he had off!

Hallo mr Jam, pretty sure we met once or twice but my old man brain is struggling with a face and day to day name for you.

Will, most of us who are rowing are also lifting stuff.

Indeed we did, at wills st Ives under 90, plus I've bought a fair bit of kit from your good self a long time ago 🙂

Cold baths definitely do!! I have about 2 a week (I'd have more if I had time). Usually after squats or deads and they honestly work wonders for lower back / leg dom's and stiffness

Cold baths are the next level! Should have to be able to manage at least 6 mins in the shower before I attempt the bath!

I've never had a cold shower, but spend up to 30 minutes in a cold bath some times! Happy

Up to 2 minutes in the COLD shower now. This morning was the first time it wasn't painful. Hopefully this will continue. Not sure how long it is until I start feeling the benefits though???
