Saturday am
Sled pulling. Pissing down so the sled felt light. Did 16 runs (8 fowards,8 backwards). No car pushing, too slippy. Will bring a little more weight if it's raining again tomorrow.

good vid mate , i have this wierd thing with my sternum ...if i do dips somthing dislocates...so i tenn to stary clear !!

Need to strat chucking in some strongman events soon. As i don't have a lot of equipment to play with, it seems best at the moment to keep the routine the same but add maybye 1 event into every sesion. So on deadlift day I might do stones, Overhead day i can do keg pressing, Chest day farmers walk and leg day some Sandbag carrying and shouldering.

Cheers mate, static strength is good, just need to get some greasy speed too! Watched your 106 farmers RUN video and was very impressed. There's a lot of very strong u90 lifters here, just glad i found this website.

Absolute crap. Had that horrible headace pain in my bicep again, and i think my shoulders werw still a little nackerd from the weighted dips on monday.

The 90kg felt really easy, but i made the 105 bag way too loose and it kept sagging and bending in the middle witch made it impossible to get up. Knees were hurting too.

finished with 1 set of 28 band pushdowns

Saturday am sled pulling. 12 runs (6 foward,6 backward) and 6 runs pushing the car. Was feeling pretty batterd yesterday after training, and still felt pretty cack this morning too, but no matter how bad i feel, pulling the sled allways seems to wake me up and make me feel better. The power of the sled!!
