training soon will look like

monday-squat,deadlift, leg assistance, ab work

tues- light bench, then flat n incline dbs loads volume

weds- cardio, seated press, shrugs, side raises, lat pull down, bicep work loads volume

sat- bench press, cgbp, heavy lockouts, tricep work.

I would do back assistance day after sq and bench and shoulders together on weds then heavy bench sun so u have an extra days rest for heavy bench as that is arguably your weaker lift?

thanks mate. well pissed off i miss 165 bench and 600ibs dl cuz i was so confident i wud hit it. i needed 675 total to be happy so abit pissed off. taking a week or so off.

good lifting from u mate that was a sweeet squat. for someone thats come out of injury it was a good total

Cheers mate, Well injuries happen to everyone I didn't even want to compete lol but thought f**k it may as well. No point being a pussy. Just going to have to let the total suffer for now.

I am not sure whether or not to go back up to 100's or to redeem my s**t performance in 90's? lol
