Anyway- Squats 1x3+7x2 w/150kg Deadlifts 110x2, 150x1, 190x1, 210x1 (beltless PB technically although this was piss), 230x0 add belt 230x1. (not bad after 100000000000 sets of squats) Leg Press 1,2,3,4,5,6x10 dropset 4x10 (number of plates/side) f**k this high volume s**t, going to go back to what doesn't hurt my joints, heavy, high intensity, LOW VOLUME! | ||

Couldn't find my strengthshop knee wraps, so had to use my sk sports ones, felt ok, but not great. Vanilla Gorilla was helpfultoday with wrapping, but i felt neglected when some females appeared lol | ||
