i can and have done before. When i squatted 220 (in wraps), that was low bar. I think i am generally better low bar, but doing it regularly hurts my elbows and shoulders, so i choose to squat high bar at the moment. I also haven't done much low bar of late cause my lower back was giving me a lot of s**t for last few months

well, he reckons it's an issue with the psoas muscle (read sprain/pull/tear), but as a medical student, my opinion would be that i wouldn't rule out any sacro-iliac pathology or ligament strain. It's definitely not a disc issue, which can only be a good thing
