Car Dead 270kg reps(ouch my back)
65kg monster DB, Log 110kg, back to back reps (ouch my shoulders)
Frame Carry 260kg 40metres, 2 x 15 metres drop and turn
Conans wheel 270kg distance no drops (ouch im looking forward to passing out haha)
Super Yoke 320kg 20m drops allowed
