02/03- Squat 8x2 w/150kg, 3x6 w/120kg
Deadlift 8x2w/180kg, 2x6/140kg
Cycling 3km 12:48

03/03- Inc BB 1x3+7x2 w/90kg, 7,6,6 w/75kg
BB Curl 7,6,6 w/40kg

I've read the phrase 'smalls is a c**t' a lot. I don't know if this is true or not.

I do know that brownbear is a c**t though. A fat one at that.

I think you meant tin-tin is a c**t.

Anyway-
Squats 1x3+7x2 w/150kg
Deadlifts 110x2, 150x1, 190x1, 210x1 (beltless PB technically although this was piss), 230x0 add belt 230x1. (not bad after 100000000000 sets of squats)
Leg Press 1,2,3,4,5,6x10 dropset 4x10 (number of plates/side)

f**k this high volume s**t, going to go back to what doesn't hurt my joints, heavy, high intensity, LOW VOLUME!

06-03-11 not a great session despite some pbs
warmed up a lot cause my shoulders are killing me- first sign i need a f**king deload.
incline bb- worked up to 105x2, 112.5x1 technically both PB but nothing to write home about.
weighted chins +20x2, +35x2 PB
strict press worked up to 70x1, 75x1, missed 82.5x1, GAY
some swiss bar incline supersetted with bw chins- 60x3/3, 60x3/3, 70x3/3 70x3/3 70x3/3
some more chins 5 sets of 3 twice
Incline Bench Kroc Rows 55x10
some curls

pretty good session. Couldn't find my strengthshop knee wraps, so had to use my sk sports ones, felt ok, but not great. Vanilla Gorilla was helpfultoday with wrapping, but i felt neglected when some females appeared Unhappy lol
