I could perhaps charge in the Summer, but not winter as there is no heating what so ever.

Let me start with my list of ailments: Really bad tight chest; no sleep the night before due to the s**ts; really bad s**ts; really tight tendon in my right calf. Was looking for a new PB on my Push Press today. But that didn't happen, gutted.

Seated Front Press:
1 x 10 @ 60kg
1 x 10 @ 70kg
1 x 10 @ 80kg
1 x 10 @ 90kg
1 x 10 @ 100kg

Push Press: (Very disappointed with this)
1 x 5 @ 60kg
1 x 3 @ 100kg
1 x 2 @ 120kg
1 x 1 @ 130kg
1 x 1 @ 140kg - This felt really heavy so left it there. (WANK)

Seated Side Raises:
3 x 12 @ 30kg

Rear Delts:
3 x 20 @ 25kg

C/G Bench: (All Paused Reps)
1 x 5 @ 60kg
1 x 5 @ 90kg
1 x 3 @ 120kg
1 x 1 @ 140kg
1 x 1 @ 155kg
1 x 1 @ 170kg -PB (Had to get one in tonight)

Cardio:

On Jogger
3 minute warm up followed by:
5 sets of 45seconds spring and 1 minute jog
3 minute cool down

Not overly impressed with tonights effort. But there are reasons for it so ....

Normally train on a Wednesday but was unable to do so as I was so f**king ill. Still not 100% and hardly slept last night. However, gotta get on with it and need to train.

Squats: (All Raw)
1 x 8 @ 60kg
1 x 8 @ 100kg
1 x 8 @ 120kg
1 x 5 @ 140kg
1 x 1 @ 180kg
1 x 3 @ 210kg

Deadlifts (Mid Shin Height) - All Raw
1 x 5 @ 60kg D/O
1 x 5 @ 100kg D/O
1 x 5 @ 140kg D/O
1 x 3 @ 180kg D/O
1 x 1 @ 220kg D/O
1 x 1 @ 250kg Mixed
1 x 3 @ 280kg Mixed (Third Rep was hitched like a b**ch NOT f**kING AMUSED) RAW PB

Felt my left oblique start to go on the second rep so come the third was in real agony. Hope it's gone by tomorrow

From The Floor For Speed:
1 x 3 @ 180kg
1 x 3 @ 210kg

Heavy events session tomorrow so see how that goes and hope I feel better.

Cheers mate. Just think it's my personal problems starting to manifest themselves physically now. It'll be over soon I'm sure and as they say 'Worse things happen at sea'.
