Just invented a new meal, wanted to try and make eggs more interesting SO ive combined 5 egg whites with porridge, i put the milk and the egg whites into the pan-warmed the milk-put in the porridge and hey presto very fluffy eggy porridge Happy actually tastes ok even the missis agrees Grin

Anyone one else have any interesting cheap meals theyve invented?

OH i also created the tuna/cuppa soup drink Grin wanted a easy way to get tuna down me so i wack 1 tin of tuna into some cuppa soup and drink it, actually tastes ok and takes about 3 seconds to drink

Wacked em in the bin with the rest of the s**te ha ive had 15 eggs today and about 5 whole eggs so binned them

Tuna and beans is a good one, I like to add a bit of chilli powder to it though

Yolks are lovely. Don't waste them, make some mayonnaise!

tuna in tomato soups good. have you tried blending the eggs an oats tgether an making pancakes. reyt nice.

Rice pud egg whites protein shake and milk whisk all up so it's smooth mmmm digests fast and is yummy for my tummy

He is a strongman yes.....but I presume he wants to live a long life

5 full eggs a day is not ideal for the cholesterol.....15 even less so

Added to that, he would become a fat s**t in no time at all

Although porridge oats does help in reducing cholesterol, its not a miracle worker!

My main concern is with Niall putting some 'thick whitish substance' into porridge and then making his missus eat it.

I was thinking that as I was writing.....isn't it one of the tings they argue over so we dont know either way? The yoke is ful of cholesterol, so cant see how 15 a day would have NO negative effect!

Either way, 15 full eggs a day = fat c**t is a matter of months

if people read nials message prop he had 5 whole eggs and 15 whites, which is not a bad balance. a shed load of yolks daily are certainly not ideal n your waisline will not thank u. however a few like nial is doing is fine, some good fats as well as s**t in them, omega 3 and lets face it they taste bloody good.

when bodybuilding i ate eggs most days and allways had some yolks and i do the same now
