Bicep curls 20sx5 on each arm 32.5sx5 on each arm 40sx5 on each arm (not stricked) Good session the 210x2 is a foundation and will add a rep a week (hopefully) until I hit 5. 180x6 felt easy. Plan is to squat 220x5 in next couple months, think it will come easy | ||

Shoulders db press 20sx10 30sx8 40sx2 50sx2 (bo***cks as I can get 6ish) 25sx6 Kettlebell (20kg )swings and clean and press 10 swings then 5 clean and press on each arm with 30 seconds rest 5 sets. Upright rows with bench bar 60kg 8,8.6 | ||
