If your feeling a bit beaten up why not take the weight down on all your lifts and get a few more reps on that last set. Justto decrease the load a little

How is it gong with the prowler and farmers etc

Yeah it was a late one. Finished work late and then had to take the dog to the vet to have a tooth removed. Regarding the kit I think I'll add that very gradually. As I've said I'm just glad to get any time in the gym right now.
