I'm not sure Mark, I still have some serious rotator cuff issues at the moment which means I tend to rely heavily on the declines instead of regular benches.

i tried decline today,as you have done and its great my shoulder feels great. loads of reps today on your deads i hate reps

I find the declines really help as the shortened range of motion gives my rotator cuff a chance to recover while allowing me able to handle something like a respectable poundage.

do you think you could only do decline in training to save your shoulders then flat bench for comp only? when i flat heavey it kills my shoulder

raw mate overhead decline its fine just seems to be on the flat
