Justto decrease the load a little How is it gong with the prowler and farmers etc | ||

Finished work late and then had to take the dog to the vet to have a tooth removed. Regarding the kit I think I'll add that very gradually. As I've said I'm just glad to get any time in the gym right now. | ||

More shoulder rehab work to finish off before I was called back into work to sort out another crisis. For f**k sake anybody would think I'm a doctor rather a warehouse manager. | ||
