The shoulder seems to getting better by the day. I'm doing an awful lot of rehab work
such as external and internal rotations with rubber tubing.

Lots of prehab exercises for the shoulders with a rubber tube

Finished with some more work to rehab these old shoulders of mine. Easy session, shoulders feeling good and the stress levels dramatically reduced.

Very, Very cold! Using to much lower back and not enough legs and hip. Really wish I knew the key to get the legs to push through the floor at the start of the lift!
