Just concentrating on my technique. 220 looked smooth and very fast.Wraps & belt on for the heavier sets but as I said last week just easing myself back in still .

3 board = 195x1 - Better but very slow.
3 board = 180x5 _ Not a lot of pop off the shirt at this height.




That was far to hit and miss for me. I need to engage the brain when I bench in future.

Put the Max DL and promptly went back about 20%. I hate deadlift suits!
