I was chugging 4 litres of green in the summer. Usually just 2 litres a day at the minute.. when I can start squatting heavy again I'll probably start upping it again.

Good stuff, the more i think about, the way forward for me. My job has me sweating loads, so it'll help out on the dehydration front i guess. If you venture over to marunde's site, they all praise the good stuff, yet on mt i wouldnt be suprised if it were put in the swear filter.Grin
Gallon milk is standard, and some are doing more. teenage lifting phenom dries willeart said he guzzling 3 gallons!!1! one tip they said on there was to build it up though, to avoid major bloating, and crapping your pants. so may be ill add 500mml every week to the amount.

When I went from 150-220lbs, I was putting away 10-14 pints a day of the good stuff. I f**king love it!

we wanted to do pullthroughs today as well but the machine was f**ked. And your log claims that it wasn't. Coincidence? I think not, i think we found the culprit...

I did no such thing! I used the cable nearest to the wall, perhaps it was a bit broken I'm not sure. I definitely didn't do it though. Does Ricky not do his ME Cable Curls on Sundays?

My triceps were pretty fatigued after bench, need to get used to higher frequency again. Just did what I could on boards as a result. Comfortable session.

Davo - I've only ever found that ab pulldowns can be a little stressful on your hips (when they get heavy) if you don't quite find the right groove to lodge yourself in. Great exercise though for sure.
