That said you might just have been unlucky. Maby try somthing else when the BP is down. The tendons and ligiments be trained to quite a degree through heavy low reps, your get a ton of strenght from there. So what triggered your move from bodybuilding to strongman? Good luck with the scotland comp, wish there was a easy way for me to get up there. It looks like its going to be ace! | ||
