k been lasy with the journal but i have been training hard as ever
today back

ok first time deadlifting at my new gym, first impresions, all the bars are SH!T
no grip at all on any they are so bad i went to the membership office and complaned

dead lift set, all done fast putting on the weight as fast as i could then doing the set then adding more weight then doping the next set
the comp is going to require fitness while lifting hard

100k 1x10
140k 1x8
180k 1x5
200k 1x2
220k fail at the knees

it would help alot if i knew how much the car will weigh on the hands in the comp then i would put 20k more on the bar and work at repping that
then on the day it will feel lighter but i will just go balls to the wall as i cant find out

DB rows
warm up 50k 2x8
work set 60k 3x15

would of liked to go heavier but the DB's at this gym only go to 60k

then i put EVERY set of db's away theres a sign up saying put db's away after using them but no fecker does then a pregnent
gym worker came round trying to tidy up i fel sorry for her and put them all away for her as my mrs is the same far gone and i wouldnt want her putting 50k dbs on racks

lat pull downs
working in sets of 5 up to the full stack
all sets were leaning backwards

bit of bicep stuff but not to much as this is what kills the tndons in my fore arms

then sauna with 5 portions of camel toe
jacuzi with 3 more portions

nearly fooked up re racking it as i was on my own and the bench i was uing is set up for incline and the pins are very high
i think 130k+ is just around the corner
im hoping to get to adlington soon for a shirted pb
and a new squat pb once i have doctored my squat suit and put velcro straps on it

cleans(could be power cleans as i dont know the diffence)

i like these but i didnt realise how hard they are
but thats just andy and wigans falt for making them look easy

its all about getting used to the overhead work.

Were those push presses? Just focus on gettingf your push press up, standing press is a nice assistance exercise but not that relevant. The log is so thick that your press starts from much higer point, and since you can put your legs into it, thats what you should train from the start.

i may of tore the outer head of my left bicepAngry
i felt a ripping sensation whilst training the other day and now i have a massive bruse on my bicep
i can move my arm ok but it hurts if i poke it
i have been putting some IGF1 in the area
(known to help speed up repair of turn muscles) which i was ment to save to stay ababolic once i come off in 3 weeks but needs must
i will still be able to dead lift but any rowing type movement is now banned for a few weeks
