I'm planning on shaking my routine up a little. I might drop flat bench for a while, buy a dipping belt and work the triceps hard on these and work on lock outs, out of a power rack.

I might squat raw for a while but i dont know wether to start with 10-8 reps or 5's?
then at a fixed point before a comp use the suit to peak in?

with deads im just going to keep hitting the 5' and 3's and not trying to max out every week like i used to the nex goal is 210x3 i think as my dead is a long way from where it was

Regarding the squats i think squatting raw is a great idea to build up your core. I would be tempted to do 2-3 weeks squatting twice a week at the 8-10 rep range just to build a good base and than do a basic build up working up to 5rm's 3rm's and than finally 1rm's..hopefully PB'sGrin. I know s**t all tho so listen to what everyone else has to say beforee you do anything.Tongue

I agree with Hayden about the squatting, time it so you can commit to getting to Adlington when it's time for the suit. You need practice in it otherwise you'll never do your strength justice.

Regarding bench, I would definitely not drop it altogether - you need to practice it all the time, it's crucial. Add or keep the dips in by all means, but bench still has to be prioritized.

Deadlift plan sounds good, if you want to go heavy throw in assistance like platform deadlift or rack pull; but make sure you stay away from maxing all the time.
