I reckon he'd be pretty close to that. After seeing him double a 208kg axle pretty much strict I wouldn't put it past him!

I recon three 20s a side and you start looking sexy in the gym. My pushpress is not sexy but then again my other lifts are looking very plain jane at the moment.

Does anyone do behind neck push presses? I can do around 140 that way, not sure about in front...

Yes I allways do them behind the neck as it is easier for me to do them inside my rack. I could probably do more from the front but am one of those people that cant rest the bar on my shoulders so have to take all the weight on my wrists. I have only been doing push press since coming on this forum and am learning the trade. I did 115kg for three this week in my log and hope to get up to 120kg for reps as this would be an achievement for myself.

For a guy of my size anything over 100 looks impressive, saying that, I'm the only one I've seen trying at my gym though.

i hardly ever train shoulders just deads bench and sqaut and i went to mark cleggs gym last friday and had a go at behind neck press i worked up to 125 and i wiegh 95 and im 19 only traind for a year properly so id say to be serious strong in this atleast twice body wieght
