being serious, i am a big fan of spoport specific streching and weak/injury prone/tight area focused stretching.

but like most, i dont do enough of it, though now i have hamstring and shoulder stretching as part of my warm up routine.

LOZ , flexibilise your way onto ther WSM poduim !

lack of flexibility (not lack of warming up / stretching but flexibility)of the muscles plays a big part of how many of us perform.... and we all want to perfrom better !

I do a lot of pre stretches.

empty bar cleans, complexes, squats, shrugs etc - whatever is tight.

Then stretch from bottom to top and hit anything thats paticulary tight a few times.

Then warm up on each exercise individually. Grin

stretch between sets. simples. Use your time in the gym as effiently as poss.
