brian i'll be at the unit 2morow m8t half 7 if thats cool? i culdnt make it on sun i was weak as a kitten! nothing new there thenHappy

anyone able to help, whats the rules on the deadlift aobut hitching, touuch and go vs dead stop etc, hows everyones training going for this i started mine saturday lolGrin

injurys lack of traing and fitness i'll be lucky for the top five!

hi nick. hitchings fine the bar must be controlled on the way down no dropping and i dont think touch n go is allowed? i think there has to be a visable pause at the bottom. (well thats wot baldy told me) i think he was just trying to sabotage my deads thoWink

thanks macca sounds fair, what made you lose strength the past while what were you diong then compared to now? il most likely be down a week sunday for session 2 so if anyones gona be down would be cool to know/train with

im just carrying alot of small injurys that add up to one big pain!! its very frustrating but all ive done is moan for the past couple of months as my training partner will tell you, its just time to shut the f**k up and get on with it!! im boaring myself..
i will be at the unit the nxt couple of sundays m8t at half 12. during the week half 7 tho.hows you training m8t?

ye not bad thanks, was down the past saturday for my first time was good experience getting to use the equipment etc next time do it all with a bit of aggression should be better:P and need to get a bit fitter for the likes of the axle and deadlift for reps lol but maybe adrenolin will get me through on the day i can have a heart attack after my times up! gona focus for next couple weeks and up training and should be down in a couple sundays for sesion 2 then take the week off and saturday the comp! best of luck with your small injuries time to get serious Grin
